I am a relative newbie to the blogasphere. My adult live has been spent caring for people in various health care settings. I received my medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed a Primary Care residency at New York University- Bellevue Hospital.
I am a strong believer in overall wellness and health and have promoted and incorporated alternative therapies into my medical practice at the various medical setting where I have worked. I have found that educating individuals and communities when utilized appropriately, is an effective tool in improving overall health. Currently, I am in a Primary Care private practice in Harlem, NY.
